Terms and conditions
1. The materials on this web site are for the use of subscribers (individuals, permanent members of staff of schools, colleges or university departments) and may not be passed on to any other individual user or institution.
2. Students of a school must have access via their teacher and must not be given the user name and password.
3. As access to the web site is for your institution, if a member of staff leaves please let us know so that we can then change your user name and password.
4. If, at the end of a subscription period, a subscription is not renewed within 2 weeks, a full subscription rate will apply.
5. Please keep us up to date with your email address as renewal reminders are sent by email.
6. Overseas subscribers - please add an extra 10% to cover bank charges.
7. Subscriptions are non-refundable.
